1. SERVICE FEE STRUCTURE

We apply a Tiered Pricing Model based on recruitment difficulty and strategic value of the position:

  • Fee Calculation: 2 × Monthly Gross Salary (including base salary + fixed allowances)
  • Payment: One-time payment upon candidate's successful onboarding
  • Same Warranty: All warranty terms remain the same as percentage-based pricing
  • Same Service Quality: Full executive search service with all value-added benefits

Note: You can choose either pricing model when signing the contract. Both options include the same comprehensive service and warranty terms.

2. FEE CALCULATION BASIS

2.1. Annual Gross Income

Service fees are calculated based on the candidate's Annual Gross Income, including:

  • Benefits not convertible to cash (insurance, special allowances...)

4. TERMS & CONDITIONS

4.1. Payment

  • Invoice Date: Date candidate officially starts work (Onboarding date)
  • Payment Terms: 15 - 30 days from invoice date
  • Payment Method: Bank transfer
  • Tax: Fees above exclude VAT (10%)

4.2. Warranty Policy

We guarantee "1-for-1 Replacement" (Free of Charge) if the candidate resigns or is terminated due to performance issues within the warranty period:

Warranty Process:

  1. Search for replacement candidate within 15-20 working days
  2. If replacement cannot be found: Refund 50% - 70% of service fee received or convert to Credit for future positions (subject to agreement)

Warranty Exclusions:

  • Company changes job description (JD), work location, or compensation structure different from original offer
  • Resignation due to company restructuring (Layoff) or objective factors not related to candidate fault
  • Candidate resigns for personal reasons (unsuccessful relocation, family matters...)

4.3. No Candidate Selected

If the client does not select any candidate from the initial shortlist (3-5 candidates):

  • We will provide one additional shortlist of 3-5 candidates at no extra charge
  • If the client still does not select any candidate after the second shortlist, we will discuss options:
    • Continue search with adjusted requirements (JD/salary) - subject to mutual agreement
    • Convert service fee to Credit for future positions (valid for 12 months)
    • Partial refund (percentage to be agreed upon based on work completed)
  • If the client changes JD requirements significantly after receiving shortlist, a new contract may be required

4.4. Profile Retention

If your company does not hire the candidate at the time of introduction but uses that profile for recruitment within 12 months thereafter, the full service fee will still apply.

4.5. Special Regulations

For Relocation Positions (Tier 3 & 4):

  • We provide free consulting for candidates regarding: Finding accommodation, cost of living, schools for children (if applicable)
  • If candidate resigns during warranty period due to personal reasons related to "inability to adapt to living environment", we will still support finding replacement but refund will not apply

For Remote/Global Positions:

  • Consulting support for USD/Crypto salary mechanisms
  • Legal and tax support (if needed)
